Job summary

FGF Brands is seeking a Team Leader for the Mixer/Scaler on a production shift. You will lead a fast-paced manufacturing team to meet production schedules safely and on time, while overseeing raw material handling and inventory duties within the plant environment.

You will manage pre-shift communication, train and coach team members, and ensure GMP and safety procedures are followed. This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect quality issues.
• Good communication skills and basic math abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example and fosters teamwork and mutual respect.
• Conducts pre-shift huddles and provides feedback to team members.
• Coaches, mentors and trains team members.
• Maintains a safe working environment by enforcing standards and inspections.
• Oversees receipt and warehousing of ingredients and inventory data entry.
• Supports planning with inventory management and staging tasks.
• Keeps scaling area clean and well-organized; maintains equipment.
• Ensures proper breaks and coverage for team members.
