Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.

• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, and converse comfortably with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists in accordance with company policies.
• Assist the AGM/GM by supervising day-to-day activities of associates within a defined unit.
• Participate in interview process, provide input in hiring, and recommend promotions or terminations.
• Assign work tasks, prepare schedules, and ensure shifts are covered.
• Ensure associates take all mandated rest breaks and meal periods.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas and equipment.
• Operate cash register and manage cash per company policies and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor wellness and safety procedures and report safety concerns to the GM.
• Place orders for units, receive goods, and process invoices.
• Maintain current contact information for all associates.
