Canadian Tire Financial Services is seeking a Shift Manager to lead day-shift outbound operations at our Brampton distribution centre, featuring advanced goods-to-person tech and automated material movement.

You will coach and develop a team of 4 supervisors and 40–50 frontline employees, foster a culture of accountability, and support staff through strong people leadership. Prior DC operations or leadership experience is preferred, with an emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Leadership experience in distribution centre or similar environment.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Experience with performance management and progressive discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-shift outbound operations at the DC.
• Coach and develop 4 supervisors and 40–50 frontline staff.
• Address employee relations and safety concerns; escalate as needed.
• Participate in hiring and 1:1 check-ins; conduct annual reviews.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support new initiatives.
