Job summary

Earls is seeking a passionate Shift Manager to join and grow our leadership team. You’ll lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through each service.

You will help train staff, solve problems quickly, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere with a focus on hospitality and teamwork. The role requires at least 2 years in restaurant or hospitality, leadership experience is a plus, and a strong willingness to learn and receive feedback.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or hospitality related experience.
• Previous leadership experience is an asset.
• A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
• A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
• A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
• The ability to legally work in Canada.
