Job summary

The Burger’s Priest is hiring a Supervisor at our King East location. This role leads a team to deliver ABSOLUTE service and manages opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of leadership experience, a passion for food, and the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Food Handler Certification is preferred or willingness to certify.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do.
• Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Well organized with ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time in a hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach the team to provide ABSOLUTE service.
• Set clear expectations and follow up with the team on a regular basis.
• Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team.
• Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder).
• Reconcile cash deposits.
• Place orders and perform inventory counts.
• Address customer concerns to ensure guests leave satisfied.
