Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food production.
• Hands-on knowledge of kitchen equipment and standard recipes.
• General understanding of grocery and prepared foods industries.
• Food Safety certification completed.
• JHSC training Level 1 and 2 completed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to meet daily targets and uphold safety standards.
• Coach and develop team members, ensuring policy compliance.
• Optimize production efficiency, cost controls, and inventory use.
• Ensure food safety, GMPs, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain quality, coordinate with stakeholders for store orders.
• Promote positive customer service relations with internal/external partners.
