Job summary

Tim Hortons in Maple Ridge is seeking a Team Leader to energize a fast-paced restaurant team and model high standards of service, quality and cleanliness.

You will manage shifts, ensure the team has the tools they need, and coach a diverse staff to uphold Tim Hortons guidelines while training teammates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick service or fast-paced hospitality is helpful.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for diverse teams.
• Ability to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest experience.

Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant.

In this position you will:

• Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
• Coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
