Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional service for every guest. You will model enthusiasm, train and coach staff, and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness across the restaurant.

You will manage shifts, recruit and develop a diverse team, follow Tim Hortons standards, handle inventory and ordering, and support the Owner in day-to-day operations. This role offers growth within a busy, customer-focused environment.

In this position you will:

Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed

Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment

Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation

Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding
