Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and model exceptional guest service. You will coach staff, manage shift operations, ensure cleanliness, quality, and safety standards, and support the Owner in day-to-day operations.

You will recruit and train team members, promote a respectful work environment, oversee inventory and ordering, and help drive performance bonuses and growth opportunities.
