Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced team in a Québec area restaurant. You will model enthusiasm, train staff, and ensure guests receive exceptional service at every visit.

You will recruit, coach, and manage a diverse team, uphold Tim Hortons standards for quality and cleanliness, and partner with the Owner on daily operations to keep service moving smoothly. Strong communication and scheduling skills are essential, along with inventory oversight.
