Description

The Natural Sciences Program within the Faculty of Science invites applications for a Winter 2027 Term Sessional Instructor for SCIE 331 Scientific Explorations. The appointee will teach one lecture section of Science 331 in the Winter 2027 term.

Science 331 - Scientific Explorations Students will develop a well-rounded perspective and appreciation of science by investigating the nature of scientific inquiry and critically assessing key historical and contemporary achievements in science.

Winter 2027 Term Dates: January 4 - April 30, 2027
Delivery Mode: All course components will be delivered in person.
Teaching Schedule: L01 TuTh 14:00-15:15

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, and a proven ability to effectively engage and inspire students. Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. in a scientific discipline and/or prior teaching experience at the university level.
