Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule the building and deployment of computer systems
• Utilize Remedy software to update and manage tickets
• Review move requests and coordinate operational and project moves with Corporate Properties
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or Teams
• Plan and schedule deployment logistics with multiple resources

Qualifications

• IT-related Certificate or Diploma preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A+ certification is an asset
