About The Role

Leadership: The Moves Coordinator reports to the Team Lead, Services. The Moves coordinator is responsible to coordinate and schedule the Building and Deployment of computer systems; the use of Remedy software to update tickets.

  • Review the moves queue and action all moves received
  • Works closely with Corp Properties to coordinate all operational and project moves.
  • Contact clients by phone, email or Teams
  • Deployment coordination, including logistical scheduling of multiple deployment resources

What We’re Looking For

  • IT related Certificate or Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • A+ certification, would be an asset
