Description
The Department of Advanced Technical Skills Simulation Laboratory in the Cumming School of Medicine invites applications for a Position Title. This full-time, fixed-term position is for approximately 24 months (based on grant funding), with the possibility of extension.
The Advanced Technical Skills and Simulation Lab (ATSSL) Simulation Technician and Data Specialist reports to the ATSSL Manager. While working independently most of the time, the role involves collaboration with ATSSL Coordinators and Simulation Consultants regarding processes and workflows.
The ATSSL offers various simulation modalities, including human and animal cadaveric tissue and theater-based simulations. It supports medical education for a diverse learner group, from students to healthcare professionals, with the capacity for sessions of different sizes.
