Responsibilities include configuring ITAM/SAM/HAM, developing with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, and collaborating on ITSM/CMDB, testing, administration, and troubleshooting. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

ServiceNow Sr. ITAM (SAM/HAM) developer JD.

Broad IT experience of 4 to 8 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow (ITAM – SAM and HAM PRO).
• Knowledge and work experience on ServiceNow from an end-user/administrator perspective.
• Knowledge of ITSM/CMDB/Self-service corporate tools.
• Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS.
• Working knowledge of relational databases.
• Participate in ServiceNow testing, administration and development activities as well as troubleshooting.
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation and proof of concept.
• Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and turn those requirements into successful implementations.
