Role: ServiceNow Solution Architect

Location: Remote

Mode: Contract

Certifications: Certified CAD / CSA

Responsibilities:

1. Implement ServiceNow platform and cross-platform integration solutions based on best practices, ensuring out-of-the-box upgradeability.
2. Partner with other business application owners to ensure smooth automation and data management processes.
3. Serve as a lead SME, driving industry best practices for ServiceNow instance evolution and integrated tools.
4. Contribute to the IT Roadmap, including ServiceNow rollout, new modules, and upgrades.
5. Lead discussions on new ServiceNow features, recommend process improvements, and inform users about system enhancements.
6. Manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, cloning, and maintenance.
7. Design and implement enterprise IT projects in ServiceNow, gathering requirements and developing solutions.
8. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT.
9. Manage change processes for platform updates.
10. Define and document user interfaces, systems, and data requirements.
11. Develop specifications and system designs.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience developing ServiceNow applications as a Technical Solutions Architect with strong coding skills.
• Familiarity with newer ServiceNow features like App Engine Studio, Git, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
• Deep technical knowledge across various modules including Employee Center, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, and Now Mobile.
• Expertise in building custom components such as Spokes, Data Streams, Business Rules, Scripts, UI Pages, Policies, etc.
• Experience in Service Portal & API development, including REST & MID Server integrations.
• Ability to re-engineer processes and build workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related field or extensive ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
