Partner Company in Canada seeks a Senior ServiceNow Application Developer to own and optimize hardware and software asset management within ServiceNow, including SBOM capabilities. You will lead development, configuration, and integrations with Azure, translating business needs into scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage priorities, and ensure accuracy, security, and reliability of the platform in a mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, application development, ServiceNow, or a related technical field.
  • Technical training, professional certification, or a degree in a relevant technology or engineering discipline.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, implementation, and application development.
  • Demonstrated expertise with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
  • Experience with SBOM solutions and related inventory or software asset management processes.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Application Developer / Programmer Senior based in Canada.

Take ownership of ServiceNow solutions that support critical asset management and technology operations.
You’ll lead the implementation and ongoing management of Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and Software Bill of Materials capabilities.
The role combines hands-on development and platform expertise with requirements gathering, inventory management, and process improvement.
You’ll collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective, scalable solutions.
Your work will help strengthen technology visibility, control, and operational efficiency across a mission-focused environment.
You’ll use ServiceNow and Azure technologies while working independently on complex technical challenges.

Accountabilities

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, application development, ServiceNow, or a related technical field.
  • Technical training, professional certification, or a degree in a relevant technology or engineering discipline.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, implementation, and application development.
  • Demonstrated expertise with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
  • Experience working with Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) solutions and related inventory or software asset management processes.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities for enterprise asset management.
  • Experience with Azure technologies and cloud-based environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly when working with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and take ownership of complex technical initiatives.
  • A strong focus on accuracy, system reliability, security, and continuous improvement.
  • U.S. citizenship is not required for this position; however, the role requires eligibility to obtain the applicable BI Full 6C (T4) public trust clearance.
