Clearway Equipment Office & Yard – 69 Freshway Dr, Concord, ON is seeking a Service Writer/Work Order Administrator to own the full life cycle of work orders across four maintenance departments. You will open, follow up, route, and close work orders, and manage insurance claims for vehicles and equipment.

Ideal candidates hold post-secondary education in Business Administration, with 2+ years of work order experience, and proficiency in Excel. On-site role with regular hours.

Qualifications

• Experience handling work orders or service contracts in a shop, dealership, fleet or field service setting.
• Knowledge of construction equipment, trucks, or automotive systems.
• Experience with an ERP/CMMS or fleet maintenance system is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Open and manage work orders across four maintenance departments; track status and costs.
• Capture intake details and route to correct department.
• Follow up daily on progress, parts, vendor ETA, and outside repairs.
• Close work orders with labour, parts, costs and documentation.
