Steele Auto Group's Colonial Honda in Halifax is seeking a Service Video Advisor to join the team. You will create short, clear video explanations of vehicle repairs and maintenance, working closely with technicians, service advisors, and parts staff to support efficient service operations.

Ideal candidates have automotive service or parts knowledge, strong communication, and comfort using smartphones and laptops. A valid driver's license and a detail-oriented, reliable work style are essential.

• Record clear video walkarounds of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Provide simple voice-over explanations to help customers understand findings and recommended services.
• Upload videos promptly for customer review.
• Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and parts department to support efficient repair processes.
• Assist with parts running, quoting, and internal repair support.
• Support service advisors with basic duties when needed, including cashing out customers.
• Create videos for used vehicle reconditioning as required.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient service department.

Colonial Honda is looking for a Service Video Advisor to join our team! If you have experience in service advising, parts, or automotive technology and are looking for a role that keeps you connected to vehicles without being at the front counter all day, this could be a great opportunity for you.

As a Service Video Advisor, you will work closely with technicians, service advisors, and the parts department to help customers understand their vehicle's repair and maintenance needs. Using short, professional videos, you'll communicate technician findings clearly and accurately while supporting the daily operations of the service department.

Wage: $18.10–$20.45 per hour, plus performance-based incentives.

How you will make an impact
