Job summary

Bosch Truck Group Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks across Alberta and British Columbia. You will review repair orders, gather tools and parts, and perform inspections and diagnostics per safety standards.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Heavy Duty or Truck & Transport Journeyman qualification.
• BC CVIP License preferred.
• Experience diagnosing & repairing diesel engines, drive train, and air brake systems/air ride systems.
• Troubleshooting multiplex electrical systems and coach HVAC units.
• Class 2 driver’s license is an asset.
• Willingness to engage in dealer training at Red Deer location.
• Pride and professionalism in everything you do.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for each service job by reviewing repair orders and gathering tools, information, and parts.
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs following established procedures and safety standards.
• Restore vehicles to proper working condition and keep your work area clean and organized.
• Document all findings and completed work and communicate any additional issues discovered.
• Close out repair orders accurately and support smooth transitions to the next job.
• Mentor technicians and apprentices by sharing skills and guiding their development.
• Promote a safe work environment by encouraging proper practices and helping maintain tools and equipment.

• Diagnosing and repairing advanced diesel engines, drive train, and air brake systems/ air ride systems
• Troubleshooting complex multiplex electrical systems and specialized coach HVAC units
• Class 2 or better drivers license an asset
