Job summary

Bosch Truck Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Service Technician for our Alberta dealerships. You will inspect, diagnose, repair diesel engines, review repair orders, gather tools and parts, and document findings to ensure high-quality service.

You will contribute to safety and operational standards while mentoring apprentices and supporting a smooth workflow. Ideal candidates hold a Red Seal Heavy Duty or Truck and Transport Journeyman, Cummins certification, and 5 years of truck-industry

Qualifications

• A Red Seal Heavy Duty or Truck and Transport Journeyman qualification is required.
• Cummins engine certification and diagnostic experience is required.
• 5 years' experience working in the truck and transport industry.
• A willingness to embrace extensive dealer training at our Red Deer location.
• Pride and professionalism in everything you do.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for each service job by reviewing repair orders and gathering tools, information, and parts.
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to diesel engines following established procedures and safety standards.
• Restore vehicles to proper working condition and ensure your work area is clean and organized.
• Document all findings and completed work and communicate any additional issues discovered.
• Close out repair orders accurately and support smooth transitions to the next job.
• Mentor technicians and apprentices by sharing skills, offering guidance, and supporting their development.
• Promote a safe work environment by encouraging proper practices and helping maintain tools and equipment.
