Job summary

Faber Work is seeking an experienced Service Technician to provide aftercare and general support for commercial tenant improvement projects in Calgary. You will engage with customers, assess servicing needs, and ensure completion quality while addressing any outstanding issues on schedule.

As a key on-site contributor, you will coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, maintain accurate records, and build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and smooth project handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Technician on commercial tenant improvement projects.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple ongoing projects at once.
• Willingness to learn commercial tenant improvement construction.
• Proven ability to work with multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to find quick solutions and implement them proactively as problems arise day-to-day.

About the Role

You will work closely with customers, ensuring all aspects of projects have been completed to a high level of quality, and that any outstanding issues are addressed in a timely manner.
