Job summary

Project Manager role to support delivery of commercial tenant improvement projects around the Calgary area. You will oversee planning, scheduling, cost controls, and invoicing while coordinating with owners, consultants and subcontractors.

Lead on-site teams, run regular site meetings, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive proactive problem solving. This long‑term role offers growth with senior leadership and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator on commercial TI projects.
• Experience in full gut and rebuild office projects, including long term, and multi floor
• Desire to work directly with the senior leadership team and support the continuing growth of the company on a long-term basis
• Proven ability to lead dynamic teams on multiple projects
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to find quick solutions and implement them proactively in dealing with problems

Responsibilities
