Job summary

Faber Technologies in Calgary is seeking an experienced Service Technician to provide aftercare and support to clients after commercial tenant improvement projects, ensuring high quality work and timely resolution of issues.

You will inspect sites, coordinate with project teams, respond to inquiries by phone and email, meet with clients on site, maintain accurate project records, and help build strong customer relationships while supporting daily administration.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Technician on commercial tenant improvement projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple ongoing projects.
• Willingness to learn commercial tenant improvement construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proactive in finding quick solutions when issues arise.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and determine servicing needs for commercial tenant improvement projects.
• Respond to customer inquiries through email and phone.
• Meet with customers in person and determine servicing needed.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, lead on site work.
• Maintain accurate project and customer information.
• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction with service.
• Support daily office and project administration.
