We're looking for a hardworking individual to join us as a Boiler Technician in our Service Department. If you have extensive knowledge of boiler operation, controls, and safety regulations, as well as strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, then we have the work for you! As our Boiler Technician, you'll troubleshoot complex boilers, install HVAC systems, and navigate control setups.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• GREAT PAY: Earn a competitive wage of $36 - $48 per hour, depending on experience.

OUR IDEAL SERVICE BOILER TECHNICIAN:

Qualifications:

• Experience with commercial, residential, or custom home boilers
• 3rd year or Journeyperson Ticket
• Tech-savvy with iPads and texting apps
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Class 5 driver's license with a clean record
• Attention to detail and motivation for high-quality work

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair boiler systems
• Diagnose issues like leaks, pressure problems, and combustion irregularities
• Perform routine maintenance and calibrations
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations
• Work with hydronic and steam heating systems
• Provide customer explanations and recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines
