Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the windows or doors/windows industry.
• In-depth knowledge of process and mechanical engineering.
• Valid driver’s license and passport for site visits or travel if required.

Responsibilities

• Assign service requests and manage technician schedules.
• Respond to service inquiries, confirm appointments, and communicate updates.
• Record service activity, warranty info, and customer feedback in ERP/CRM systems.
• Prepare job details for technicians and coordinate parts or materials.
• Escalate complex problems and assist with troubleshooting.
• Track service-related inventory and support capital project planning.
• Follow warranty/service protocols and assist with audit documentation.
