Cintas Canada is seeking a Service Supervisor for their Newmarket location. The role involves supervising a service team to ensure high-quality customer service, training personnel, and managing operations efficiently.

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to work directly with our customer‑facing service team both on route and in‑house. The role includes supervising the service team who provides customer service, sales, and the pick‑up and delivery of products to our customers. Responsibilities also cover hiring, training, developing, and evaluating the team to ensure the highest level of customer service and product quality. The supervisor will drive a company‑owned vehicle to and from customer sites and assist the team with lifting, carrying, and walking in and out of customer accounts. Key service department areas overseen include maintaining excellent customer relationships, handling renewals of customer contracts, increasing internal sales, maintaining an efficient route structure, and ensuring driver compliance. This is a middle‑management position with direct supervisory and leadership accountability.
Qualified candidates must meet all provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to the first day of employment the following must be in place:

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $70,150 and $89,700 per year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. The bonus is based on individual performance, location, division, and/or company. The range considers factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and business needs.
