Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. This role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility services along an established route, with a fast-paced indoor/outdoor environment.

You will be the primary face to customers, responsible for building relationships with key decision makers, meeting quality standards, and upselling additional products and services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent military service is required.
• Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license for a heavy vehicle is required.
• Strong customer-service orientation is essential.
• Self-motivation and teamwork are key in this fast-paced role.
• Positive attitude, ambition and organization are important.

Our partners drive a truck along an established route and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license for a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lb.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent military service.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals.
