Job summary

Cintas Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive on an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and related products.

This role emphasizes a fast-paced, physically active environment with a 4‑day workweek for most assignments and minimal nights or weekend work. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
  • Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
  • Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
  • Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
  • Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by provincial regulations for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
  • Prior to first day of employment, a valid, full, unrestricted driver's license is required
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
  • A high school diploma, GED or military service
  • Strong customer service orientation
