THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a Service Sprinkler Fitter to join our Sprinkler Service Division full-time. As a Service Sprinkler Fitter, you will install, service, inspect, and repair Fire Protection Sprinkler Systems in commercial, residential, and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform sprinkler commissioning, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on systems including fire sprinkler wet and dry systems, pre-action systems, fire pumps, fire hydrants, backflow preventers, and special hazard systems.
  2. Liaise with clients and on-site supervision to ensure high levels of customer service and effective communication.
  3. Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and worksites to ensure client specifications are met.
  4. Ensure all work is executed using safe work practices and demonstrate safety leadership.
  5. Complete daily reports of work performed and activities.
  6. Train and mentor other team members, including apprentices and field service labor.

  1. Journeyman Sprinkler Fitting ticket.
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience installing and servicing sprinkler systems and associated piping.
  3. Great Customer Service Skills.
  4. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  5. Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive.
  7. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and a positive attitude.
  8. Able to work 40 hours per week, including overtime and on-call rotation as needed.
