Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sprinkler Fitter Apprentice located in the Lower Mainland. The Sprinkler Fitter Apprentice will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of sprinkler systems. Daily tasks include reading blueprints, cutting and threading pipes, and utilizing various hand tools. The Apprentice will ensure all work complies with life safety standards and regulations. This role requires working closely with experienced team members to learn and develop the necessary skills for the trade.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of Sprinkler Systems and their installation
  • Proficiency in using Hand Tools and handling Pipe work
  • Knowledge of Life Safety standards and regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in a hands-on setting
  • Previous experience or training in a related field is a plus
