Job summary

Rocky Mountain Equipment in Brandon, Manitoba is hiring a Service Sales Manager to lead a service team and drive profitability. In this customer-facing role you’ll identify and assess customer needs to deliver exceptional service experiences.

You will direct and delegate to service staff, oversee planning and day-to-day operations, and foster a culture of safety, integrity and open communication to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of technical aspects of agriculture and materials handling industries and equipment.
• Strong computer and typing skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong understanding of labor and bill out rates from service department and asset turnover.
• Exceptional leadership and time management skills.
• Licensed AG/Red Seal Technician preferred.
• Experience with New Holland agriculture equipment considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all planning, administration and general management issues, including day-to-day supervision.
• Oversee work organized by team leaders and direct reports.
• Maintain signing authority for items such as internal work orders with integrity.
• Ensure bottom line profitability for Services.
• Develop solutions to departmental turnover and anticipatory needs.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve high satisfaction.
• Create a motivating team environment with open communication.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain a high level of integrity as signing authority for items such as internal work orders
• Ensure bottom line profitability for Services
• Work to develop solutions to departmental personnel turnover, including anticipatory needs
• Ensure the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment is maintained at the highest level
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve high satisfaction
• Create a motivating team environment with a culture of open communication

Job Requirements and Qualifications Include:

• Exceptional leadership and time management skills
