Job summary

Rocky Mountain Equipment seeks a Service Sales Manager to lead the service team and drive customer-focused solutions in Western Canada. You will mentor staff, manage operations, and ensure service profitability while upholding safety and quality standards.

In this customer-facing role, you’ll identify needs, coordinate resources, and foster a culture of open communication to deliver exceptional uptime and support for our equipment customers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of technical aspects of agriculture and materials handling industries and equipment.
• Strong computer and typing skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Understanding of labor and bill out rates, asset turnover and inventory control.
• Exceptional leadership and time management skills.
• Licensed AG/Red Seal Technician preferred.
• Experience with New Holland agriculture equipment considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Direct and delegate effectively to the service staff.
• Oversee planning, administration and general management issues, including the day-to-day supervision of staff.
• Oversee work organized by team leaders and direct reports.
• Maintain a high level of integrity as signing authority for items such as internal work orders.
• Ensure bottom line profitability for Services.
• Work to develop solutions to departmental personnel turnover, including anticipatory needs.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment is maintained at the highest level.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve high satisfaction.
• Create a motivating team environment with a culture of open communication.
