Thierry Ambleside is seeking a Service/Sales Assistant (Full-Time) to be the first point of contact for customers at Thierry Ambleside. The role involves cash handling, processing orders, assisting with patisserie packaging, and maintaining a clean, welcoming front-of-house environment in a premier Vancouver cafe.

The ideal candidate brings strong English communication, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for hospitality.

Formación

• Previous cashier or customer service experience is an asset.
• Completion of Secondary Education.
• Serving It Right Certification.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task and have an eye for detail.
• Organized and able to work under pressure in a very busy environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required (early mornings, weekends, nights and/or holidays).
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Location: Thierry Ambleside

The Sales Associate role is the first point of contact our customers have when they come to Thierry.We are looking for individuals who are friendly, outgoing, organized and have a genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to make a memorable customer service experience.
