We are actively seeking an experienced service roofing foreman who is reliable, knowledgeable team‑player with a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will work well with others and will have drive and desire to take part in the growth and development of our rapidly growing company.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the flat roofing industry
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Service Foreman role
• Journey person Certification would be an asset, but is not required
• Must be safety-conscious and have good communication skills
• Must be able to work closely and collaboratively with the management team
• Must be able to understand specs and drawings
• Must be capable of directing a crew of 6‑8 people daily

• Saskatchewan Construction Orientation Training (SCOT)
• Fall Protection Certificate
• WHMIS 2015 Certificate
• Leadership for Safety Excellence Certificate
