Job description

Dynamic Roofing and Exteriors is seeking two experienced Roofers to join our team in Yorkton on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Constructing and assembling layers of roofing from insulation to all types of flat roofing membranes.
• Install, repair, or replace shingles, shakes and other roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings.
• Install, repair, or replace single‑ply roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions.
• Work on new installations, replacements of previously installed or damaged systems, and repair of asphalt and other roofing systems.
• Install sheet metal flashings.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety standards and procedures and complying with company standards and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Completion of a trade certification program.
• Minimum two years of experience with working knowledge of a variety of roofing systems.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Strong listening, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as an essential part of a team.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and stand for extended periods of time, and safely climb ladders, scaffolding, and stairwells to work at heights.
• Ability to work at heights for long hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45kg (100 lbs).
• Other duties as required.
