Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Engineering, Innovation & Customer Projects to lead repair programs, engineering initiatives, and strategic projects across IPS's Industrial Repair and Renewable Energy divisions.

The role combines strong project management with technical knowledge, business awareness, and a passion for innovation, overseeing cross-functional teams and driving improvements across North America and the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and project reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with technology transfer or New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Power BI, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Must have a valid driving license to travel between local business locations.
• Travel up to 25% to IPS locations and international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer repair programs, engineering initiatives, and strategic innovation projects.
• Manage projects from quotation through final shipment within time and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams ensuring safety and IPS quality standards.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resources.
• Lead kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and customer status meetings.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support technology transfer and NPI initiatives.
• Develop business cases and implementation plans for projects.
