Job summary

Trane Technologies in Regina, SK is seeking a Service Project Administrator to manage project setup and drive projects to completion, including documentation, costing, invoicing and closeout under limited supervision. You will interact with customers, Service Managers and field staff to ensure timely completion, schedule internal meetings, and monitor progress while reconciling data in the business system.

The role requires a High School diploma and up to two years of related experience;

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and proactive, independent work style.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and reviews assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters to accomplish system goals.
• Establishes and measures internal service process and associated compliance.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and staff.
• Connects with customers and their representatives, including building owners and subcontractors.
• Schedules and participates in internal project team meetings to ensure accurate transfer of information.
• Validates cost to date and reconciles project data in the business system.
• Reconciliation of purchase order discrepancies to support the service fulfillment process.
• Reviews billing backlog and coordinates with Service Managers, HVAC Field Technicians, customers, and Trane claims as necessary to resolve obstacles.
