Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks an HVAC Technician for an on-site Canada role focused on precise installation and repair at customer locations. You will forecast issues, source materials, and coordinate with project leaders to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of HVAC experience, UA Local 787 membership, Red Seal HVAC (313A) and Gas 1 ticket. A valid driver’s license and proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience and strong field knowledge.
• Mandatory membership in UA Local 787 and trade certifications.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate within safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site installation and repairs with team leader and customer, forecasting issues and coordinating materials.
• Diagnose and repair equipment following engineering specs and blueprints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Uphold safety standards and secure company assets, willing to work overtime and travel as needed.
