Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in business or equivalent with 2+ years PM experience OR 4+ years PM experience.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze assigned projects and establish parameters.
• Handle order entry, purchase orders, work orders and document control.
• Communicate with owners, contractors, technicians, and teams to provide updates.
• Review ship dates against schedules and ensure order fulfillment alignment.
• Monitor forecasted cost at completion and assist in budget tracking.
• Develop and update project schedules with tasks and milestones.
• Support cash flow activities including progress billing and collections.
• Provide on-site support as needed; not responsible for site management.
• Support equipment supply-only model with focus on coordination and admin.
