Job summary

Casey's Creative Kitchens in Southwestern Ontario is seeking a Service Administrator to keep our Service department organized and running smoothly. You will coordinate service parts, prepare work orders, manage schedules, and ensure technicians have what they need to get the job done.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cabinetry components, manufacturing processes and shop floor operations.
• Ability to read and interpret cabinetry shop drawings and plans.
• Excellent communication and professional customer-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across priorities.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with quick problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage service work orders and paperwork for parts in production.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders to ensure service parts are ready when needed.
• Review work orders and drawings to prepare parts for technicians and QC.
• Wrap and organize service parts for pickup or delivery.
• Maintain service schedules and delivery calendars.
• Communicate with builders, customers and internal teams on timelines.
• Assist with troubleshooting service issues and coordinate solutions.
• Support Service department with other admin tasks.
