Job summary

TTI Canada is hiring a Service Order Resolution Rep to join our Georgina, ON team. In this full-time, permanent role, you will partner with customer service to resolve inquiries, maintain order-entry records, and draft no-charge orders as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong typing and ten-key skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. AX experience is required, with HJ experience preferred. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly pay.

What you Will Do

• Partner with customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain turn time metrics of 24-36 hours for order resolution replies
• Maintain daily performance tracking and record keeping of Order Entry
• Draft and fulfill “No Charge” orders company wide
• Assist team lead and other department SMEs
• Provide support in other order management areas as needed
• Assist with training as needed
• Practice 5S and safety
• Take appropriate corrective action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction
• Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working daily and weekend overtime as needed
• Other duties as assigned.
