Techtronic Industries Canada Inc. seeks a Service Order Resolution Rep in Georgina, Ontario, to collaborate with our customer service team on resolving inquiries and concerns.

You will help maintain turnaround times of 24–36 hours for order resolutions and support order entry and no-charge orders across the organization. The role requires a high school diploma, fast typing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office AX.

Formación

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Proficient typing and ten key skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office AX experience required.
• HJ experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain turn time metrics of 24-36 hours for order resolution replies
• Maintain daily performance tracking and record keeping of Order Entry Draft and fulfill “No Charge” orders company wide
• Assist team lead and other department SMEs
• Provide support in other order management areas as needed
• Assist with training as needed
• Practice 5S and safety
• Take appropriate corrective action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction
• Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working daily and weekend overtime as needed
• Other duties as assigned.
