Techtronic Industries Canada in Georgina, ON is hiring for a full-time, permanent position. You will support order management, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain performance metrics while upholding 5S and safety standards.

The role offers an hourly wage of $28.29, company-matched savings up to 6%, wellness credits, and a comprehensive benefits package. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Formación

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Proficient typing and ten-key skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• AX experience required.
• HJ experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain turn time metrics of 24-36 hours for order resolution replies.
• Maintain daily performance tracking and record keeping of Order Entry.
• Draft and fulfill “No Charge” orders company wide.
• Assist team lead and other department SMEs.
• Provide support in other order management areas as needed.
• Assist with training as needed.
• Practice 5S and safety.
• Take appropriate corrective action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working daily and weekend overtime as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you Will Do
