Finning Canada is seeking two Service Operations Managers to lead a large mining-focused service shop, drive safety, and balance operational excellence with employee engagement. You will coach frontline leaders and manage workloads, schedules, and budgets to maximize equipment availability and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture while delivering profitable service operations and strategic workforce planning.

Qualificações

• Post-secondary education, trade certification, or equivalent combination of operational leadership experience and industry knowledge.
• Leadership experience managing teams within a service, maintenance, mining, or related operational environments.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence leaders and employees while navigating performance management and workplace conflict.
• Strong understanding of service operations, planning, resource allocation, and work order management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and frontline employees with coaching and feedback.
• Drive safety culture by enforcing standards and addressing risks.
• Oversee daily service operations including workload planning and scheduling to meet commitments.
• Partner with frontline leaders to foster trust, accountability and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, service delivery and equipment availability.
• Manage operations, assets and resources to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals.
• Monitor and report on budgets, facilities and priorities.
