Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Service Manager in Hamilton, ON to lead our service team and drive excellent customer care. You will hire, coach, and manage performance, ensure safe operations, and resolve issues while delivering service with a high standard of goodwill to customers.

You will also support sales goals, manage budgets, and oversee payroll and inventory controls, with hands-on field involvement and vehicle travel as needed.

Qualifications

• A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a customer-facing service team; drive performance.
• Provide leadership and foster a safe working environment.
• Resolve customer issues and train the team on sales techniques.
• Achieve sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; manage budget and operations.
• Assist service reps in field, including visits to customer sites and loading/unloading products.

Skills
