Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Manager for its Montreal operations. You will lead a high‑performing production team, ensure on‑time delivery, supervise shifts, and partner with Sales and Service to meet customer expectations while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred), and flexibility to work multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Ability to work multiple shifts with variable schedules.
• Minimum two years supervisory/management experience.
• Two years industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively works with Sales and Service teams conducting plant tours, setting appropriate expectations, resolving quality issues.
• Creates an environment that allows Cintas to sustain a highly motivated, engaged workforce.
• Creates, promotes, and sustains a culture of world class safety and compliance.
• Collaborates with General Manager and department leaders to meet location goals and KPIs.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
