SERVICE MANAGER

The open roles are in various rural locations across Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

The Service Manager will manage a small team of Ag Tech/Mechanics and Service Writers in a team environment that supports open communication. This company provides its staff with the resources required to be successful.

Our client will consider candidates that do not have formal management experience if they have the skills, aptitude and desire to get the job done. Our client will pay relocation costs for those having to move for the role.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE SERVICE MANAGER

In this customer facing role, you will be identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve an exceptional customer experience.

The success of your team is your success—your leadership is an integral part of the service department.

As the Service Manager you will direct and delegate effectively to the service staff, oversee all planning, administration, and general management issues. This includes the day to day supervision of staff and overseeing all work organized by team leaders and direct reports. You will also maintain a high level of integrity as signing authority for items such as internal work orders and ensure bottom line profitability for your department.
