This position reports to:

Segment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide professional service to ensure optimal functioning of pulp and paper industry equipment.
  2. Inspect new equipment, conduct repairs, and support demonstrations.
  3. Perform preventive maintenance, installations, repairs, and customer training.
  4. Offer remote assistance via telephone to resolve technical issues.
  5. Identify opportunities and collaborate across ABB to enhance customer solutions.

What it takes to run what runs the world:

  • Diploma in electronics or instrumentation with over five years in customer service.
  • Strong mechanical skills and hands-on experience in servicing and repairing pulp and paper quality control equipment.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Office Suite; valid driver’s license and passport with availability for travel.
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
