Job summary

QuadReal Property Group is offering a student co-op/internship in IT Service Delivery, based onsite in Toronto. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues and support a global portfolio, with opportunities to learn automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Great for students in IT/CS programs who want hands-on experience across Windows, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and asset management. Mentorship, case competitions, and events are part of the program.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a post-secondary IT or Computer Science program.
• ITIL Foundations, A+, or Network+ is a plus.
• Proficiency with Windows, Office 365, AD, and networking is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize & resolve IT issues remotely via email, chat, phone, or in person.
• Triage and resolve incidents; document in ServiceNow; escalate when needed.
• Assist with IT readiness for acquisitions and corporate events.
